According to its Better Business Bureau profile, Insurify had just one customer complaint since late 2014. The customer complained that the car insurance quotes originally presented on Insurify did not match what the insurance companies subsequently quoted the customer. Of course, it's hard to know exactly what went into this quote and the change in pricing. In many cases, it's a simple matter of the information being relied upon not being accurate. If you answer the questions Insurify asks and say you don't have any tickets or accidents in the past few years, the site will generate insurance premiums based on that. If you do have accidents or tickets that show up when they pull your driving record, prices will change. Accurate insurance rates quotes are only accurate with the right information from you.
To get a more detailed idea of how Insurify and its competitors perform, Clearsurance conducted a survey of 789 customers who used nine of the most visible online marketplaces to obtain online car insurance quotes.
Twenty-five Insurify customers provided feedback, with 80.9% of those giving the company a positive rating. Overall, Insurify earned 4.04 out of 5 stars. Seventy-two (72%) percent of Insurify's customers said they were comfortable with how their personal information was being used by the company. While that percentage is respectable, it's actually the lowest score of the nine online insurance marketplaces covered in the Clearsurance survey.
Sixty-eight percent (68%) of Insurify's customers responded that using the quote comparison website made for a better shopping experience than if they had not used the website, and 44% percent of Insurify's customers expressed a willingness to recommend Insurify to a friend.
